Returns & Refunds Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds on completed orders. Each canvas is printed specifically for you when your order is placed, which means we are unable to resell returned items.

We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Damages & Issues

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customersupport@urbngentleman.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will evaluate each case individually and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit. We do not offer cash refunds.


Exceptions

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  • Incorrect size or placement chosen by the customer at checkout
  • Minor color variations due to differences in monitor display settings
  • Orders where the shipping address provided was incorrect
